The Turbosmart GenV CompGate40 is a high-performance 40mm external wastegate designed for precise boost control, excellent flow, and long-term reliability in demanding turbocharged applications.

Developed using CFD optimization and bench validation, the GenV CompGate40 delivers improved flow and thermal performance while maintaining the compact footprint that makes the CompGate platform ideal for tight engine bays. The infinitely clockable actuator housing allows flexible routing of boost reference lines, while the collar-locking design makes spring changes and servicing straightforward.

This version is supplied with a 14 PSI base spring configuration, along with additional springs that allow the base boost pressure to be adjusted for different applications and boost-control strategies.
